Boca Raton Aquarium Archive: A Tour in Photographs
Share
This archived photo tour brings together close animal views and wider aquarium scenes from an earlier Diamonds by Raymond Lee feature. The original article described an upcoming attraction. The photographs remain, but they should not be treated as a current schedule or a guarantee of which animals are on display today.

Patterns at close range
The lionfish photograph shows striped fins spread against the rockwork. On the cover, a mottled fish rests on the gravel, blending closely with the surrounding textures. The contrast between these images is one of the most interesting parts of the original set.

Step back to see the whole display
Brightly colored fish move around pale branching structures in the wider aquarium. Reflections in the glass also place the display in its surrounding interior. A separate photograph shows smaller fish among rocks and soft anemone forms.

Use the archive as a starting point
These images document a particular moment. They do not verify research facilities, conservation partnerships, feeding demonstrations or guided tours. If you are planning a visit around the aquarium, ask the team about current access and what is available to see.
