Our process begins with a personal consultation. We discuss exactly what you’re envisioning, the essence you want your custom piece to embody, and how it should complement your lifestyle.
Next, you can relax—either in our gorgeous, state-of-the-art showroom enjoying one of our local craft beers on tap, or from the comfort of your own home—as you entrust your vision to our experts. Our jewelry designer will refine the rough sketch and present it to you for any changes, questions, or approval. Once we’ve finalized the design together, our team begins sourcing the finest materials. We use only the best platinum and gold, the finest gemstones, and expertly selected conflict-free diamonds. With the materials determined, we’ll provide you with a quote that fits within your budget. Upon your approval, we move on to the next phase.
We then create a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) model—a digital 3D representation of your piece. Our master jeweler reviews this with you to ensure it meets your exacting standards, providing a precise guide for placing every detail. After that, we’ll produce a physical wax model so you can see the size, shape, and structure of your piece. This step allows us to test for fitting and functionality, offering one final opportunity for any necessary adjustments.
Finally, our master jeweler casts your custom design, meticulously polishing and placing every detail exactly as you envisioned. Our showroom isn’t just stunning; it also houses our state-of-the-art jewelry workshop, equipped with the finest design and repair technology. While our master jewelers are the heart of our exceptional custom and private label designs, we ensure they have the best tools to create their masterpieces.
Upon completion, your piece undergoes rigorous quality control, polishing, and inspection by our team of jewelers and diamond experts before we present it to you.
