Patek Philippe Twenty~4 4910: Rectangular Design and Fit
Share
The Rectangular Twenty~4
The Twenty~4 4910 is the rectangular, bracelet focused model at the center of this feature. Its stepped case and continuous bracelet create a different appearance from a conventional round watch on a strap. The dark and light dial rectangular watches near the end of this gallery illustrate that design.

4910 and 7300 Are Different Watches
Patek Philippe distinguishes the quartz powered rectangular 4910 from the round Twenty~4 Automatic 7300. The earlier version of this article mixed their specifications. A round case size and automatic movement description should not be assigned to a rectangular 4910 simply because both belong to the Twenty~4 family.

How to Read the Original Gallery
The photographs also include other Patek Philippe designs. Those images remain part of the archive, with captions identifying them as separate examples. A gem set Nautilus or a round dress watch is not evidence of the 4910’s case shape, movement or dimensions.

Bracelet Fit and Dial Choice
Compare the bracelet at the correct length and check how the clasp rests against your wrist. A rectangular case can feel different from a round one even when its dimensions sound modest. Dial color, numeral style and decorative details also vary across references and periods.

Before Choosing a Previously Owned Example
Ask for the full reference, service history, bracelet link count and available documentation. Check the crown, clasp and condition of the gem settings. The photos document earlier inventory and do not establish current stock or whether decorative components on a particular watch are original.
