A Family Legacy

In 1983, our founder Jeff Josephson moved his family from Scotland to sunny South Florida to pursue his dream of opening a fine jewelry store. He established Raymond Lee Jewelers that year, laying a foundation of trust and quality that would span generations. Our original Raymond Lee Jewelers showroom remains a family-owned and operated institution built on trust and excellence.

Decades later, two generations of the Josephson family continue to run the business, keeping alive Jeff’s founding values of honesty, integrity, and exceptional service.

A New Chapter

In 2016, the Josephson family expanded their legacy by opening Diamonds by Raymond Lee, a cutting‑edge showroom in East Boca Raton. Located at the former site of the iconic Boca Diner, our standalone facility transformed a beloved local landmark into a state‑of‑the‑art jewelry destination.

Today, Diamonds by Raymond Lee is recognized as South Florida’s diamond destination, a modern boutique filled with GIA‑certified diamonds, designer bridal jewelry, and an extensive selection of luxury watches. Under the leadership of Jeff’s nephew, Dan Josephson, our East Boca showroom blends a fresh concept with the same family values that have guided us for decades, creating the next generation of jewelers rooted in tradition.
