Diamonds by Raymond Lee – Return & Refund Policy

Effective date:  July 7, 2025

1. Return window

You may return eligible merchandise within 14 calendar days of the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking record.

2. Eligibility requirements

To qualify for a refund, the item must be:

  1. Unworn and in the same condition in which it was shipped—no scratches, sizing, alterations, or signs of wear.
  2. Returned with all original packaging, certificates, accessories, and gift items (e.g., appraisal papers, branded boxes, etc.).
  3. Shipped back using a trackable and insured service no later than the 14th day after delivery.

3. Non‑returnable items

The following are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or special‑order pieces.
  • Items that have been engraved, sized, or otherwise modified at the customer’s request.

4. Return shipping responsibility

Customers are responsible for all return‑shipping costs (including insurance).

5. Return procedure

Request Return Authorization by emailing inquiry@diamondsbyraymondlee.com within the 14‑day window.

Once you’ve notified us of your intent to return, please send the item back with the carrier of your choice, ensuring the shipment is both tracked and fully insured.

6. Inspection & refunds

Once received, returned items pass through an authentication and condition inspection that can take 3 business days.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of inspection.

Original outbound shipping fees, if any, are non‑refundable.

7. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after you receive our confirmation email, please:

  1. Check your bank or credit‑card account again.
  2. Contact your credit‑card company; it may take 7 business days before your refund is officially posted.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your purchase for a refund (per the steps above) and place a new order.
