Rolls Royce Photoshoot: Watches and Diamond Ring Styling
Share
A dark Rolls Royce convertible and the showroom mural set the scene for this original photoshoot. The images pair polished metal, dark dials and diamond rings with the car’s grille, steering wheel and bodywork. This is a styling archive, not a current vehicle or jewelry offer.
A Sporty Offshore on a Dark Strap
The Royal Oak Offshore shown beside the car has a dark dial and strap. Its substantial case creates a different effect from the more understated Datejust photographed later in the series.
The older article mixed reference, size and movement details that should not be assumed from these images. We have kept the visual description without assigning an unverified calibre or treating a replacement strap as original equipment.
A Datejust with a Simpler Profile
The Datejust photographs show a dark dial, smooth bezel and steel colored bracelet. The original story identified it as a 36mm reference 116200. The close views place it against both the Rolls Royce grille and the mural, showing how the same watch changes with its background.
For any current listing, the reference, dial and bracelet should be checked against that watch’s records. A photograph alone is not an authenticity or originality assessment.
A Round Diamond Halo Ring
The round halo ring was described in the original feature as 18k white gold with a 2.51 carat center diamond and 2.00 total carats of accent diamonds. Center weight and accent weight are separate measurements. The image on the car hood shows the broad outline of the setting.
If a similar ring is offered today, review the center stone’s report, setting condition and sizing options. Do not carry an old article’s grades or price into a new purchase without checking the individual item.
The Second Ring and Its Mounting
The original story also discussed a platinum mounting with 2.50 total carats of diamonds. That wording does not establish that a separate center stone was included. The photograph near the mirror shows the ring’s rectangular outline, but it does not settle the complete stone specification.
Ask what is included in the offered ring and how the stated total weight is divided. This matters particularly when older copy uses “ring” and “mounting” interchangeably.
Borrowing the Styling Idea
Dark surfaces make polished metal and diamonds more visible, while a colorful background adds contrast. You can use the same idea with a simple outfit and one focal piece of jewelry. Try watches and bracelets together to avoid repeated contact between their cases and settings.
Former vehicle prices, broad value claims and unconfirmed charity promises are not repeated as current facts. The full original photo sequence remains below.
