Partial Eternity Diamond Band: Coverage, Setting and Fit
Share
This diamond band places a row of round stones across the top and around the sides, leaving a polished section underneath. It gives the appearance of continuous sparkle from above while retaining a different construction from a full eternity ring.

Check where the stones stop
The earlier feature described a two thirds eternity band. The photographs clearly show partial coverage, but the exact fraction should be confirmed from the individual ring. The warm appearance of the metal also should not be treated as proof of the white gold named in the old title.

Look beneath each stone
The profile reveals open settings supporting the diamonds. Inspect the prongs and the joins between settings, then check how the sides feel between neighboring fingers. A band can look delicate from above and still have noticeable height in profile.

Try the size and pairing
Wear the band alone and beside any engagement ring you plan to use. Check for rubbing, unwanted gaps and comfortable movement. Ask a jeweler what sizing is possible for this particular construction; a plain section does not guarantee that every adjustment is practical.
