Can I return an online purchase?

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Custom or special-order pieces and items engraved, sized or otherwise modified at your request are final sale. Eligible items must be unworn, include all original packaging and accessories, and be shipped back with tracking and insurance no later than the 14th day after delivery. Customers pay return shipping and insurance. Read the full policy for all conditions and authorization instructions.

How do I ask about a repair or its price?

Book a jewelry and watch repair consultation or contact our team. Ask us to confirm the work, price and estimated completion time for your item before proceeding.

How do I know my appointment is confirmed?

Check the confirmation email from our booking service for your appointment details. Opening a confirmation page by itself does not book an appointment. If you cannot find your confirmation, contact our team.
