The toi et moi — French for "you and me" — is one of the most romantically charged ring silhouettes in jewelry history. Two distinct stones, set together on a single band, have symbolized partnership and duality for centuries. Napoleon famously presented Joséphine with a toi et moi ring in 1796, and the design never really went out of fashion. What makes this particular ring so compelling is the pairing of two complementary fancy shapes: an oval and a pear, facing each other across an open bypass frame, each one highlighted by a continuous pavé diamond halo.
