The Rolex reference 6917 is the two-tone expression of the classic 26mm ladies Datejust, produced from the early 1970s through the late 1980s. It occupies a special place in the Datejust family as one of the first references to pair Oyster steel with 18k yellow gold in a single case, giving the watch a warmth and versatility that solid-steel or solid-gold references simply cannot match. The fluted yellow gold bezel is the signature detail here, catching light from every angle and instantly communicating the Rolex identity without saying a word.

This particular example wears a champagne dial, a warm honey-toned finish that pairs beautifully with the gold bezel and the alternating steel and gold links of the Jubilee bracelet. The dial carries the classic Rolex index hour markers and the date window at three o'clock. Overall condition is excellent, with light surface wear on the bracelet links consistent with gentle daily use. The dial and bezel remain crisp, and the Rolex crown logo on the winding crown is clearly visible and intact.
