Omega Speedmaster 38: Dial and Strap Photo Profile
Share
This archived Omega Speedmaster pairs a pale dial with brown oval counters and a coordinating strap. The original record identifies it as a Speedmaster 38 Co-Axial Chronograph. Warm accents around the bezel and pushers add contrast to the lighter dial.

Read the dial in the close view
Three counters sit within the main dial, and the date appears at six o’clock. The tachymeter scale runs around the outside. A chronograph measures elapsed time, but not every small counter should automatically be described as an elapsed time register; the exact display layout should be checked against the reference instructions.
A different wearing experience
The brown strap gives this watch a softer visual outline than a metal bracelet. Check its length, thickness and condition, along with the buckle and available adjustment. The original 38mm description is a starting point; case thickness and the way the strap curves also affect comfort.
Verify the individual example
Request the full reference, movement information and service history before relying on specifications. The Speedmaster family includes different models, so spaceflight associations should not be presented as proof that this particular reference went to the Moon. Bezel material and water resistance also need reference specific confirmation.
