Behind the Aquarium Displays: A Boca Raton Photo Archive
Share
These photographs offer a behind the scenes look at aquarium preparation and display details from an earlier Boca Raton feature. The original article announced an upcoming aquarium. This page now preserves the images as an archive rather than presenting an old opening announcement as current news.

Color under blue light
The display photographs show small fish above arranged rockwork, with green and orange forms standing out under blue lighting. The cover offers a close view of that color, while the wider image shows how the arrangement occupies the tank.

Preparation beyond the display glass
The next photograph shows a work area with tanks, clear packing bags and an insulated container. It records a stage of preparation that visitors would not normally see in a finished display. The image does not establish a public activity, animal handling session or visitor program.

A quieter view inside the tank
The final photograph shows a dark fish beneath an opening in the rocks. It is a useful reminder that a display includes sheltered spaces as well as the open areas visible at first glance.
Tank capacities, opening dates, camps and overnight programs from the old announcement have not been retained as current promises. Contact Diamonds by Raymond Lee for current visiting information. More archived showroom stories are available in the Journal.
