The combination of round brilliants and baguettes is one of the most enduring pairings in fine diamond jewelry. Round brilliants deliver maximum fire and scintillation, while baguettes bring a clean, linear precision that frames and grounds them. Together, 2.0 carats of natural diamonds are distributed across the mounting in a pavé-style cluster design, creating a face that reads as far larger than the carat weight alone would suggest. The open gallery work visible on the underside of the mounting is a hallmark of quality craftsmanship — it keeps the piece lightweight, allows light to reach the stones from below, and gives the ring a delicacy that solid-cast pieces simply can't replicate.

Set in 14k white gold, the ring carries a bright, neutral tone that lets the diamonds do the talking. The 12.7g total weight tells you this is a substantial piece — not a wispy fashion ring, but a ring built to be worn daily and handed down. At size 8 with the ability to be sized, it fits a wide range of wearers. Some light oxidation in the recessed gallery areas is consistent with a well-worn estate piece and polishes out cleanly with a professional ultrasonic cleaning.

An engagement ring set at this price point, with this diamond weight in 14k white gold, represents genuine value for buyers who want real stones, real metal, and real craftsmanship without the retail markup. It works equally well as a right-hand fashion ring or as the centerpiece of a stacked bridal look. We recommend confirming the set piece count and stone details before purchase — see the notes above — so we can answer any questions before the piece ships.

Each piece is fully inspected and authenticated by Diamonds by Raymond Lee in Boca Raton.
