The Concord Saratoga is one of the brand's most architecturally distinctive references. Introduced in the 1980s during Concord's design-forward era, the Saratoga became known for its bold integrated bracelet construction, where the case and links flow as a single, uninterrupted form. It drew attention alongside other bold sports-luxe pieces of the decade and remains a collector's favorite for its unapologetically geometric silhouette. Concord, a Swiss manufacturer with roots going back to 1908, built the Saratoga to compete directly with the best integrated-bracelet designs of the era, and the execution is tight.
This example wears the classic black dial, clean and uncluttered, with index hour markers and a date aperture at 3 o'clock. The smooth stainless steel bezel keeps the focus on the dial, and the proprietary integrated link bracelet fits the case as intended from the factory. Minor surface marks on the lower case lugs and bracelet links are consistent with normal wear and add to the honest character of a piece that has clearly been worn and enjoyed. At 37mm, the case sits comfortably on a range of wrist sizes and reads as a genuinely versatile, dressy sport watch.
