The Petite Albion is one of David Yurman's most recognized designs, and for good reason. Introduced as part of the Albion family, the collection takes its name from ancient England and frames each center stone within a square bezel-style setting that gives it a quietly architectural quality. The signature move is the double twisted cable band running beneath the setting, a detail that has defined Yurman's aesthetic since the brand's founding in 1980. It reads as both bohemian and refined, casual enough for everyday wear and polished enough to hold its own at dinner.
Blue topaz in cushion cut is a natural pairing for this ring. The cushion outline echoes the soft geometry of the Albion frame, and the cool, electric blue of the stone has excellent face-up presence in sterling silver. A pavé ring of round brilliant diamonds encircles the topaz, adding a rim of white sparkle that sharpens the color contrast and keeps the eye moving around the face of the ring.
